I will stamp all over 'serious fighter' Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.

British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to publicize next month's boxing match.

Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.

Boxer's Mindset

"I plan to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, stated.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.

"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."

Civil Interaction

In spite of those words, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.

Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.

"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Fighter

In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.

Jake Paul's History

Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.

He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.

Commercial Success

However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's largest commercial attractions, consistently making massive paydays.

Forecast and Confidence

The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.

"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Paul said.

Physical Difference

As both boxers participated in the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really going ahead.
